Candy Dots 04/21/2011
Hi guys! I'm alive..hahah! Sorry I've been away for so long, lots of things have been going on in real life, but I won't bore you. Here's a very, very easy nail tutorial using rainbow paints and a nail dotting tool that was partly inspired by candy dots and partly inspired by this awesome manicure that Scrangie did a while ago. If you would like more information on using water-based paints, check out my blog post on them here. I hope you guys like it and are having a wonderful day!

Hey guys! Here is my latest NOTD using some nail stickers from Nailene. I was a little iffy if they would really stay on, but it's been over a week since I put them on and they haven't budged at ALL! I did a few layers of Seche Vite on top of them to make sure they would really stay (which sounds like a lot of work, but it dries so fast that it took no time at all), and they definitely have. I used : China Glaze base coat China Glaze Sexy in the City (two coats) Nailene Bedazzle Fashionista flower stickers in blue, green and white Seche Vite top coat As you can see, everything is pretty much the same except for some growth and a little chipping around my cuticles. Seche Vite might be my Holy Grail nail product! I really hope you guys liked this..I'm definitely going to try out some more fun designs using these little stickers now that I know they really stay put. Nailene products were sent to me for consideration. This doesn't sway my views or opinions in any way, and all thoughts are my own. NOTD - Orange Flowers 03/28/2010
Hey guys! Here's another bright NOTD for ya..hopefully my fellow orange nuts will enjoy this one! High Hopes was a streaky mess, even after the second coat, so I decided to conceal it with a full nail design. Konad makes it REALLY easy to cover up any nail polish boo boo's! I used : China Glaze High Hopes Konad Yellow Special Polish Konad M73 Image Plate In case you guys couldn't tell by my last couple of posts, the M73 plate is my new favorite! So cute :D I got my Konad stuff at Wow So Cool. Thanks for looking! NOTD - Custom Kicks Squared 03/10/2010
Hey guys! Here's a fun, bright NOTD that I absolutely did not want to take off! The yellow turned out a really awesome green color over Custom Kicks..I've got to try out that combo with some more designs! I used : China Glaze Custom Kicks Konad Yellow Special Polish Konad M73 Image Plate I got my Konad stuff at Wow So Cool. Thanks for looking! NOTD - Holographic Music 03/02/2010
Hey guys! Here is my NOTD (though it’s more like nails of the week, because I certainly don’t change them daily). I recently hauled a few new polishes and some new Konad goodies, which I will be making a video about soon, but I couldn’t wait to try this out! This is my very first holographic polish, and after trying this one out I can say it will definitely not be my last!

I went to Sally Beauty Supply yesterday to see if they had the new China Glaze Kicks collection out yet since all of the nail polishes are still buy 2 get 1 free, but they didn't. *sigh* BUT, I did pick up a few things..all for about $10! They finally had China Glaze Spontaneous back in stock and I decided to pick up their base and top coats as well, since I'm really not that happy with mine. I also got six Sally Girl polishes just for fun. The colors from left to right, top to bottom are : Strawberry Fields 04/10/2009
Hey guys! I was really loving Thataway, but it started to chip a bit, so I decided to try out another new polish. Strawberry Fields is from the Summer Days collection, which is out now at Sally Beauty Supply. This is the only color I have from the collection (so far) but they're all beautiful! It's what I think of when I imagine Barbie pink with a lovely gold shimmer. Thataway 04/05/2009
Here's my first nail post! This is one of my new China Glaze colors in Thataway, a gorgeous orange with gold sheen. It's actually a bit lighter in person, with a teeny hint of peach. | AffiliatesArchivesMay 2011 CategoriesAll |
